Site Evaluation and Design

Every great project must start with the same thing... a well thought out plan.  A home is no different; the site preparation is the most important element of a home lasting for generations.  With a "boots on the ground" site inspection we can evaluate the site, develop a proposed cost, determine routing of utilities, and design the road to handle the rigors of construction traffic.  We have built home sites from river bottoms to solid rock ledges; we have the experience to help guide you in the right direction

 

After the site evaluation and location is picked, the fun part begins..... The clearing and grading.  We begin by clearing the trees and brush, followed by excavation and grading of the home site and drive.  We use laser transits to verify our grade is correct.  Our accuracy will save you on block and concrete later in the construction process.  We ensure the drive we construct will be built to the standards that are required by the large concrete and delivery trucks.  Put our experience to work for you.

 

After the home is finished we come in and clean all the construction debris and trash.  Do the finial grade around the home to ensure proper drainage away from the foundation, and make any repairs necessary on the drive that may have happened during the construction stage
